We've all had the summer to get through some major knitting projects, and it's time to inspire one another before we get slammed with the cold weather and stay cooped up in our cozy homes! (It's inevitable, sorry guys).

Don't have a project to flaunt? No worries. You're still welcome!

Be Prepared to Be Inspired!

On Wednesday, October 12th at 7:00 pm, join us and many other knitters in the basement of Central United Church at 131 Main Street, (just across the street from the shop) as we share our proudest knitting moments of the past year.

Bring a project that you've completed with yarn from Mary's and be prepared to say a few words about the yarn, the pattern, who it's for, etc. We have found that most knitting projects tend to have a story attached to them, so come and share yours!

The cost? Only $10.00 and 100% of the money will go to SHARE Agricultural Foundation, an organization that provides resources to farmers and their communities in Central and South America.

There will be door prizes, cookies, snacks and tea so come one, come all!

This is naturally a 'knitting friendly' event, so be sure to bring along a
work in progress if you're the kind of knitter that can't sit still without working away on something new. You will fit right in.

If you are planning on attending, simply reply to this email so that we have an idea of how many cookies to bake. We'd hate to see any of you go home hungry!
